Media organizations in Bangladesh, Cambodia, Côte d'Ivoire, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Vietnam can apply for this grant.
Internews' Earth Journalism Network (EJN), part of STOP Spillover, a global consortium led by Tufts University and USAID, is offering financial and technical support for media organizations to expand media coverage of zoonotic viral spillover risk and mitigation in regional languages, conduct media training, delve into specific issues through enterprise or investigative stories, and develop online courses or other resources.
EJN will award at least three organizations with up to US$10,000 each in funding.
Applications are open to media organizations in any medium (online, print, television, radio). Applications in English, Bangla, French, Vietnamese and Khmer are accepted.
