Flashlight, a nonprofit network of giving circles, is offering grants to freelance investigative journalists. Flashlight’s mission is to hold power to account by building a sustainable funding model for independent investigative journalism.
Successful applicants are eligible for US$500 to US$1,000 grants.
Journalists retain complete editorial control and are free to publish their work wherever they like.
The next deadline is Nov. 19.
