Cultural practitioners based in Lebanon, Jordan and Tunisia are encouraged to apply for a US$1,065 grant.
The Small Changes Project, initiated by Freemuse, an international human rights organization defending artistic freedom, is aiming at expanding cultural space by making available platforms, tools and resources for independent and creative minds.
The grant may be used to begin a new project or to complete work on an existing project.
Grantees are expected to work on their projects in their country of residence over a period of six months, and to submit videos about the process of their work.
The deadline is Aug. 19.
