The Google News Initiative offers the course "Introduction to machine learning," co-produced by Journalism AI at the London School of Economics and Political Sciences in collaboration with VRT News.
The course is divided into eight lessons covering the potential of machine learning for journalists. The estimated time to complete the course is 54 minutes.
Other Google courses cover topics such as fundamentals for digital reporters, storytelling with Google Earth, environmental journalism, verification, safety and security, multimedia storytelling, data journalism, investigative reporting, and publishing and monetization.
