The Gabriel García Márquez Foundation for New Ibero-American Journalism (FNPI) and the Solutions Journalism Network (SJN), with the support of the Tinker Foundation, are organizing a solutions journalism workshop May 20 to 24 in Cartagena, Colombia.
Participants will explore different methods of reporting and researching solutions, strategies for selecting high impact topics, developing journalistic hypotheses, identifying target audiences, narrative tactics and publishing the final product.
The workshop has 16 spots. The organizers will cover participants' travel, accommodation, meals and medical insurance.
The deadline is April 29.
