The Financial Times is hiring a West Africa correspondent. The Financial Times is one of the world’s leading news organizations, recognized internationally for its authority, integrity and accuracy.
The correspondent will be responsible for producing a factually and analytically rigorous stream of stories for a sophisticated and engaged international audience.
In addition, the correspondent will be expected to report widely from a region spanning Mauritania to Gabon and including Ghana, Senegal and Ivory Coast.
A working knowledge of French would be a big advantage, as would that of a West African language or Mandarin.
