Documentary, fiction, animation and musical short films can compete for cash prizes.
CineFest will take place Nov. 18 to 30 in Votorantim, São Paulo.
Films must be no longer than 20 minutes and have been produced in 2017 or later on any theme.
A jury will select the best short films for the national, regional, environmental, parallel and musical exhibits. The winners of each exhibit will receive BRL3,000.
The deadline is Sept. 15.
