Fellowship available for investigative journalists [Caribbean]

Investigative journalists from selected Caribbean countries are eligible for a hybrid fellowship.

The Media Institute of the Caribbean, in collaboration with the International Center for Journalists (ICFJ), with support from USAID, is hosting its 2023 Investigative Journalism Fellowship.

The virtual program will take place April 14 and 18. The in-person program will be held in Barbados, April 23 to 25.

Selected fellows will receive training in data journalism, paper trailing, digital security, and more.

Fellows will also receive a trip to Barbados, accommodation and meals.  

The fellowship is open to journalists from Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Dominica, Guyana, Grenada, St. Lucia, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, and Trinidad and Tobago.
