East-West Center offers workshops on cross-border reporting [India, Pakistan]

Experienced journalists can apply for a workshop on cross border issues.

The East-West Center is organizing four workshops on“Reporting on cross-border issues of mutual concern" for Pakistani and Indian journalists.

Applying journalists can participate in one of the following workshops: economy, trade and entrepreneurism on March 22 to 29, 2020; environment, ecology, related science tentatively in June; agriculture, food production, water-sharing tentatively in September; and health and related science tentatively in December. 

Applicants must have the ability to communicate in English in a professional environment. Preference will be given to journalists with at least five years of experience.

The deadline is Jan. 3, 2020.
