Documentary filmmakers worldwide who focus on human rights can submit their work to this contest.
The Docudays UA International Human Rights Documentary Film Festival, organized by the NGO Docudays, Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union, will take place June 6–13, 2025 in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Categories include docu/world (the international competition of feature and medium-length documentaries longer than 40 minutes), docu/short (films up to 40 minutes long) and docu/Ukraine (documentaries created by Ukrainian directors) and more. The winners in these categories will receive cash prizes of US$900.
Films must have been produced no earlier than 2023 to be considered.
The regular deadline is Nov. 30. The final deadline for all entries is Dec. 22.
