Russian filmmakers can submit their works to compete in this film festival.
Topics include but are not limited to stories about people from different generations, professions, ethnic groups (including ethnic minorities) and subcultures, as well as stories with local color.
The running time is up to 45 minutes for short documentaries and more than 45 minutes for full-length films. Films must have been produced in 2017 to 2020 in the Russian Federation in Russian or other languages of Russia ― in this case, they should include Russian subtitles.
The deadline is Dec. 1.
