Kontinentalist, an online medium focusing on data stories on Asia's key issues, is organizing a new round of beginner-level public data storytelling workshops for journalists who wish to learn how to turn data into compelling and effective narratives.
Interested participants can either join a two-day in-person workshop in Singapore, on May 18 to 19, or a one-day virtual workshop on June 9.
The fees for the in-person workshop and virtual workshop are SGD$600 and SGD320, respectively. Interested participants with financial constraints are encouraged to reach out and explain how data storytelling can make a difference for their work and communities. Financial support is available for individuals from minority communities.
