Any person or team can submit a proposal to this workshop.
Medialab Prado organizes a new edition of its data journalism workshop focusing on the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. The workshop will take place March 25 to 29, 2019 in Madrid.
Proposals should explore different aspects of the food industry: gastronomy, land use, agriculture, livestock, fishing, forestry, fair trade, distributive trades, diets, allergies, pollution, waste, traceability, food distribution, and more.
Participants must have reliable data sources before the workshop, and projects must include a relevant data research and analysis to create a story or a journalism tool.
Six proposals will be selected. Organizers will provide travel and accommodation for the coordinator of the selected projects.
The deadline is Jan. 9, 2019.
