Journalists and communicators with experience in the coverage of armed conflict, human rights and international humanitarian law can participate in this free course.
CdR/Lab is organizing the workshop "Comunicación para la acción humanitaria en Colombia," which will be held in Bogotá, Colombia, February 10 and 11.
Selected participants will address topics such as human rights, humanitarian action, constructive journalism and solutions, impact of the humanitarian crisis on victims and affected people, operation of humanitarian organizations and their response in the territories and populations of intervention.
The workshop is free of charge but has a limited capacity of up to 15 participants. Food and materials will be provided by the organization. Applicants must reside in Bogota or nearby towns.
The call will remain open until Feb. 1.
