Connected Coastlines reporting initiative seeks proposals [US]

Journalists and freelancers in the U.S. who want to report on coastal stories and climate change can submit proposals. 

The Pulitzer Center is offering grants as part of its Connected Coastlines project, which supports climate change reporting in coastal states. 

Proposals can climate issues on every coastline in the U.S., including the East Coast, Great Lakes, Gulf Coast, West Coast, Alaska and Hawaii. 

Projects will be selected on a rolling basis, with priority given to those that can be completed within 1-4 months. Grants vary from US$2,000-$8,000 depending on the budget.
