eQualitie and Teplitsa are organizing an "Internet Without Borders" program — a conference and a hackathon, which will take place in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The conference will take place on Aug. 11 and will focus on new methods of internet censorship and control of information in Russia, on temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, and in other authoritarian regions as well as on new circumvention methods and challenges that activists and independent media in exile are facing.

Designers, programmers and data scientists are invited to participate in the hackathon on anti-censorship solutions from Aug. 12-13. The hackathon prize pool is US$5,000.

The events will be held in English and Russian.

Participation is free; registration is required.
