Social media content producers in the Philippines can apply for this opportunity to create climate-related content.

Internews' Earth Journalism Network (EJN) is offering a training and grant opportunity for social media content creators in the Philippines to create engaging climate-related information.

Ten applicants will be selected and given PHP108,000 each. They will participate in a four-day in-person training workshop in Manila on climate change and climate resilience and, with support from mentors, produce and disseminate four pieces of climate-related video content each on social media platforms.

Interested applicants should be social media content producers who actively and frequently post short-form videos on TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, X or other leading social media platforms. Journalists currently reporting for media outlets are not eligible for this opportunity.

Applicants who intend to produce content in their local language should also provide English subtitles or captions for wider reach.

Apply by July 15.
