Caribbean journalists, storytellers and photographers with works on climate change can compete for awards.
Climate Tracker is accepting entries for its Caribbean Climate Journalism Awards. This competition aims to recognize and celebrate outstanding journalism focused on climate change and environmental issues within the Caribbean region.
Works can be submitted in five categories: Best Climate Justice Story, Best Investigative Climate Journalism, Best Youth Climate Reporter, Best Solutions-Oriented Climate Reporting, and Best Climate Photography.
Stories must have been published in 2022 or 2023.
The winner in each category will receive US$400. Winners will be recognized at the Grand Virtual Awards ceremony on Dec. 19.
The deadline is Nov. 22.
