Caixin Global is looking for a tech reporter, a general business/finance reporter and an editor/researcher.
The tech reporter will write posts for the editorial team at Caixin Global on the CX Tech site, a blog-style site containing short-form news about China’s vibrant technology scene. The ideal candidate will have one to two years of experience working at an English-language domestic or foreign news outlet.
The business reporter will work for the editorial team’s finance and economics teams, and its company news team in Beijing, as well as work closely with Caixin’s Chinese language reporters to translate their stories. He or she will also have the opportunity to do original reporting. The ideal candidate will also have one to two years of experience working at an English-language domestic or foreign news outlet.
The editor/researcher will work both on the copy desk as an editor and as a researcher for its intelligence arm. Command of Chinese is also preferred, and experience in policy analysis or business intelligence is desirable.
