Aspiring journalists with a disability, who are based in Kenya, are eligible for training.
BBC World Service Languages is seeking talented people with a disability to join its Future Voices trainee scheme. This four-month entry level paid program offers a unique opportunity for participants to gain hands-on experience in journalism at the BBC.
Participants will receive training in multi-platform journalism and mentorship.
Interested applicants must be registered as a person with a disability with the National Council for Persons with Disabilities.
Applicants must also be fluent in English and in one of the BBC World Service Languages.
The deadline is Jan. 26.
