Journalists around the world who cover children’s rights can enter a competition.
Save the Children launches the second Global Media Awards to celebrate excellence in journalism for child rights.
Storytelling that has played a pivotal role in exposing child rights issues can be entered in four categories: broadcast, radio/podcast, written news (online and print) and photography.
Entries must be original and published/broadcast in a national, regional or international media outlet between Aug. 31, 2024 and July 1, 2025.
Winners will receive a personalized certificate and be invited to attend a Save the Children international press trip or program visit.
The deadline is July 20.
