Journalists with at least three years of experience can apply for a two-year fellowship.
ProPublica is accepting applications for the Ancil Payne Reporting Fellowship.
The selected fellow to take on a mix of short-, medium- and long-term stories. That includes reporting and writing stories, and collaborating on some of ProPublica’s biggest and most complex projects.
Applicants should have no more seven years of professional journalism experience and have a desire to develop their investigative reporting skills.
The fellowship begins in January 2024.
The fellow will receive an annual salary of US$75,000.
The deadline is Nov. 27.
