Small or medium-sized independent digital media companies in Bulgaria and Romania can apply.
The Media Development Investment Fund (MDIF) launched Amplify Europe, a program to support the business sustainability of promising independent digital media companies from selected countries in Europe.
Amplify Europe will provide selected media with 24 months of mentoring and other forms of assistance to help them increase their management capacity, build audiences and generate sustainable and diverse revenue streams.
Applicants should have a business, revenue or transformation project they are planning to work on over the next 12 to 24 months. The project should address new revenue opportunities, digital native products, reaching communities outside capital/ big-city bubbles, innovation in distribution and/or transition to digital.
The application deadline is Nov. 30.
