Taylor Dibbert

Taylor Dibbert is a Program Director at the International Center for Journalists (ICFJ). Prior to ICFJ, he worked for the US Counsel on Sri Lanka, a Washington, D.C.-based organization. Dibbert has also worked for human rights NGOs in Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe. He began his career as a Peace Corps volunteer in Guatemala. He has written for a variety of outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Foreign Affairs, Foreign Policy, HuffPost, and The Takoma Park Newsletter.
