Cary O'Reilly is an international journalist who has covered trade, law, and government for Bloomberg News and other global publications while working in Japan, Singapore, Switzerland, and Washington, D.C. He is currently a visiting scholar at Tsinghua University's School of Journalism and Communication in Beijing, China.
