Filmmakers from around the world can participate in this festival.
The international film festival "Breaking down barriers," organized by NGO Perspektiva, will take place Nov. 5 to 9 in Moscow.
The festival portrays disability issues. Categories include feature and short documentary, films on disability rights and breaking stereotypes and more.
Films must have been made after Jan. 1, 2018. Submissions in languages other than Russian should include English subtitles.
Film students are encouraged to apply.
The deadline is June 15.
