Journalists based in Asia with at least five years of professional experience can apply for this hybrid fellowship.
The Temasek Foundation and Institute of Policy Studies at the National University of Singapore organize the Asia Journalism Fellowship, which enables about 15 journalists to participate in an eight-week program. Journalists will spend four weeks online, followed by four weeks in Singapore.
This year's fellowship runs July 10 to Sept. 1. Fellows take part in seminars and workshops designed to sharpen their professional skills and deepen their understanding of key journalism trends.
The organizers provide airfare, accommodations and a stipend to cover basic living expenses. The organizers also provide a stipend to cover internet costs for the virtual sessions.
The deadline is April 19.
