Workshops explore artificial intelligence, augmented reality [Europe]

Journalists who cover science can apply to attend this free training.

The Fuse Workshops will take place July 1 and 2 at the World Conference for Science Journalists (WCSJ) in Lausanne, Switzerland. The organizers are Alok Jha, science correspondent of The Economist, and Rina Tsubaki, the founder and lead of the Lookout Station.

Up to 25 science journalists on each day will be selected to explore cutting-edge technologies and methods, including artificial intelligence and augmented reality.

Journalists who have not registered for WCSJ2019 can also apply for one of four tickets to the event free of charge.

The deadline has been extended to May 24.
