Aspiring bloggers and multimedia storytellers ages 18 to 30 can apply for this program.
The Project on Regional Storytelling in the Caucasus, funded by the European Union's Peacebuilding through Capacity Enhancement and Civic Engagement initiative, is accepting applications.
Participants will attend workshops on multimedia storytelling, which will be held Jan. 31 to Feb. 7 in Baku. Topics include blogging, photography, videography, storytelling, and cultural similarities of the Caucasus.
Successful participants of the workshops will travel to Tbilisi, Georgia, and take part in a regional meeting, where they will work on inter-ethnic journalistic projects. After the meeting participants will continue working on collaborative storytelling projects in their home countries.
All project-related costs will be covered by the organizers.
The deadline is Jan. 25.
