The death of the web page, a new video venture for NBC News, affordable e-books on journalism, and more are found in this week's Digital Media Mash Up, produced by the Center for International Media Assistance.
Here are IJNet's picks from this week's stories:
404 error: the web page is dying

MediaShift e-books on online privacy, global free speech in the digital age, self-publishing books and more
MediaShift and PBS are releasing a new line of e-books (and print-on-demand books) based on content from the MediaShift network of sites. The content is based on insightful stories from MediaShift, updated and expanded for reading on your favorite e-reader or tablet device. (MediaShift)
