Citizens of the Republic of Belarus and people from the Belarusian diaspora under age 35, including journalists, scholars, educators and politicians, can apply.
The East European School of Political Studies (ESPS), in cooperation with the Council of Europe, announces a call for applications for its 2025 program.
The program will consist of three sessions and the final event that will be held in November in Strasbourg.
Between sessions, participants will engage in lectures, discussions, research programs and knowledge-sharing activities. Those who successfully complete the course will receive diplomas.
The program's topics include international safety, the socio-economic and political development of Belarus and other countries, reforms and transformations across different nations, European integration, and European values.
Participants are required to pay an organizational fee of EUR100. Travel, accommodation and meals will be covered by the organizers.
The application deadline is March 26.
