Journalism students anywhere in Brazil can enter this contest.
Brazilian magazine piauí is hosting the writing contest "A story just around the corner." The contest is seeking short stories to be published in the magazine's "Esquina" section.
The first, second and third place winners will receive BRL4,000, BRL3,000 and BRL2,000, respectively, plus a package of books and gifts.
The submission deadline is Nov. 11.
