The Mexican Studies Institute at CUNY and the International Book Fair of New York City (FILNYC) are organizing the narrative journalism workshop "How to Write Real Stories," led by Juan Pablo Meneses, founder of Escuela Portátil.
Participants will explore the intersections between literature and non-fiction and learn how to use literary techniques to write real stories, refining their narrative style.
The workshop will take place on October 10 and 11 and will be conducted in Spanish.
The deadline to apply is Sept. 21.
