Journalism students at colleges and universities in the United States can apply for a multimedia project.
The National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) is accepting applications for its Student Multimedia Project. Students will gain experience working in a fully operational newsroom to cover the 2022 NABJ-NAHJ Convention & Career Fair and local stories.
The students will work alongside professional journalists and public relations experts during a week-long program to produce television newscasts and digital content; create and maintain the student convention news website; and coordinate and manage student-assigned communications for workshops, special events, and other convention items.
The 2022 NABJ-NAHJ Convention & Career Fair will be held in Las Vegas, August 3 to 7.
Applicants must be current NABJ members.
The application deadline is March 28.
