Paris the site of a conference on mobile media
A group of 20 experts worldwide are scheduled to participate in a two-day discussion on the future of mobile media in Paris, on December 17 and 18.
The meeting, under the theme "Harnessing the Power of Mobile Media: Outlining a UNESCO Strategy for Education, News Media and Citizen Participation in Development," will discuss topics such as the innovative application of mobile phones for news media, good governance and education.
The meeting is being organized by UNESCO.
