Women working in middle and senior management positions at newspapers in Botswana, Namibia and Zambia are invited to apply for the "Women In News" (WIN) training program.

Through individual engagement with each participant over a long-term period, the focus will be on taking participants to the next level in their careers and creating new professional opportunities. Activities will include individual mentoring, workshops, networking opportunities and professional exchanges.

All costs will be covered for chosen participants.
