Asian broadcast journalists are invited to attend a symposium on digital broadcasting to be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from March 10 to 13.

Hosted by the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union (AUB), the ABU Digital Broadcasting Symposium seeks to help radio and television broadcasters achieve higher quality services and pick appropriate content. The symposium will present the latest digital technology available to enhance digital broadcasting standards in the region. 

A panel of regional experts will also give lectures and a variety of workshops will focus on subjects including programming ideas for radio and issues in content protection.
