The Uganda Conference for Science Communication 2008 will be held in Kampala from November 23 to 26.

The conference, being organized by the Uganda Science Journalists Association (USJA) and the Uganda National Council for Science and Technology (UNCST), will bring together over 500 journalists, scientists, researchers, science communicators and other stakeholders from Africa and other parts of the world.

Topics to be discussed include health; environment and agriculture; and information and communications technology.
