Minority media coverage in Russia eligible for awards

Russian media published or aired in languages of minorities living in Russia or covering minority issues are encouraged to apply for grants. Deadline: January 31, 2010.

Grants vary from EU€30,000 (about US$45,000) to EU€40,000 (about US $60,000). The competition is being sponsored by the Council of Europe, European Commission and other European and Russian organizations.
