LinkedIn will host a free online tutorial for Brazilian journalists.

The training session and a free one-year upgrade to LinkedIn Pro is available to all professional journalists.

Danielle Rustivo, corporate communications manager for Brazil and Canada at LinkedIn will lead the 30-minute program in English, but she will refer to menu items in Portuguese so those with Portuguese profiles can follow along.

To join the session, participants must be logged in to their LinkedIn account. LinkedIn will provide a local call-in number.

The tutorial takes place at 1 p.m. (Brazil time) on Friday, January 27.
