Journalism scholarship for Muslim students open

Muslim students entering their first year of college can apply for a scholarship.
The Islamic Society of North America presents the Aziz Jamaluddin Scholarship in Journalism, awarding US$4,000 each year for four years to a Muslim studying journalism or political science.
The merit-based scholarship is for students with U.S. citizenship or permanent residency status in their freshman year of college.
Applicants must submit an essay and two recommendation letters by January 31.
