Journalists in Tajikistan are encouraged to apply for grants up to US$4,000. Deadline: September 10.

The grants are designated for: strengthening relations between the media and its audience, developing interactive journalism, using new multimedia tools, creating blogs and networking.

Applicants must be registered in Tajikistan, demonstrate ethics principles, have an interactive website and be ready to learn.
