The Open Society Foundations and the University of Warwick are offering yearlong scholarships.

The program enables scholars to pursue a postgraduate course at the University of Warwick for nationals or residents of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova and Mongolia.

Scholarships provide tuition at the University of Warwick, a stipend to cover living costs and return air travel. On completion of the scholarship, scholars return to their home countries.

Preference will be given to applicants who have not previously studied outside their home country.

The deadline is January 31, 2012.
