African professionals and students are invited to attend the 4th international conference on information and technology communications for development, education, and training in Africa.

The conference, to be held this year in Dakar, Senegal from May 27 to 29, will convene ICT practitioners, experts, and others interested in using information technology to revolutionize and improve educational and training opportunities. The conference will include expert sessions and small discussions.

One of the largest e-learning conferences in Africa, the event is organized by Hoffmann & Reif Consultants, an ICT development company, and ICWE-GmbH an education and training conference organizer. Interested journalists, trainers, and students are encouraged to attend. The cost for African residents is EU€250 (US$332) and EU€150 (US$200) for students. The event will be held in both English and French.
