A course in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, aims to train journalists on the challenges created by the growth of citizen journalism on the web.

The course, to take place September 27 to December 10, will cover topics including human rights, citizen safety and joint responsibility, and news genres that reach the community. It is being organized by Fundación para el Periodismo.
