Russian-language authors are invited to submit fairytales for five- and six-year-old children under a competition aimed at promoting talented authors and supporting Russian literature. Deadline to apply: September 25.

The competition is supported by the information agency "Keeper of ideas." Selected fairy-tales will be published and promoted by the agency.

Entries should be be no more than 20,000 characters, and can describe forests, mountains, deserts, water and their inhabitants. A description of the place where the protagonist of the fairytale lives is mandatory.

The results of the competition will be announced on November 1.
