Journalists and radio hosts across the Arab world are invited to take part in a media contest being sponsored by the online Arab entertainment magazine Stars Café.

The contest will award three categories: journalism writing, radio hosting, and photojournalism or artistic photography. The deadline to submit entries is October 15.

Applicants should be between 16 and 30 years of age and must be able to use Internet applications.

The winners will work at Stars Café radio station and magazine, and Biljaw newspaper. The winners will also have the opportunity to attend a free Internet workshop to prepare them to work at the aforementioned media outlets.

Winners' names will be announced in issue 40 of Stars Café in November.
