Auguste Yung
Auguste joined ICFJ as a program intern with the Knight International Journalism Fellowship team and IJNet. He recently graduated from Tufts University where he majored in international relations with a concentration in security. He focused particularly on human rights in China as he lived abroad in Beijing and Shanghai during high school and college. Before joining ICFJ, he worked as an intern for both the Tufts International Relations Office and the Albert Einstein Institution in Boston, a non-profit focused on advancing the use of nonviolent action to affect political change. He is originally from Baltimore, MD but has spent time living in China, Sweden, and Scotland. He can speak both Chinese and Swedish.
