Journalists seeking to improve their online writing skills can attending a webinar administered by News University, a subsidiary of the Poynter Institute of Media Studies, 2 to 3 p.m. Eastern Time on November 18.
Participants will learn how online reading habits differ from newspaper habits and see what defines good online writing. Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Jacqui Banaszynski will be conducting the webinar. The cost of attendance is US$29.95. Some partial scholarships will be awarded.
