Early-stage startups working on high-impact and daring solutions for the news industry can enter this competition.
The organizers aim to accelerate the development of promising media startups through worldwide exposure, networking with senior media executives and private mentorship from GEN’s board members.
Startups must address newsroom challenges through dynamic and innovative products or services. They must have been founded no earlier than 2013 and have received less than EUR1,000,000 (US$1,073,435) in external funding.
The deadline is Jan. 1, 2017.
